Initial Diagnostic Appointment

$2.67 per minute for telephone and email correspondence, initiated by client and returned by therapist, over 5 minutes, will be billed at the hourly rate for actual time spent in dialogue. This charge is not billable to insurance.

Clinical Supervision: Per contract agreement

Courtroom testimony, court appearance, or deposition under subpoena: This is charged at $250 per hour or $2,000 per day, billed portal to portal, with a $500 non-refundable prepaid retainer. Letters written to the court will be billed at $150 per hour. Clients may refer to their signed Court Policy Agreement for additional, important, details.
Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
We’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the scheduled session. This charge is not billable to insurance. If you are a current client, please refer to your signed, Agreement To Pay For Professional Services form.
