Kathy Edwards, RD, LPC, LMHC, CICĀ®

Therapy is an exciting and challenging opportunity for growth. It is providing a safe place where we can gain new insight, become aware of patterns that hinder our progress, develop inner strength, and find the courage to move forward. At heart, therapy involves deep listening, trust and courage. Kathyā€™s philosophy is that we each have a unique story and have an inner knowledge of what we are truly wanting

Your motivation for therapy may be a desire for clarity about your emotions, thoughts, behaviors, relationships or your health and wellness. We can co-create manageable steps to address your concerns.

Kathy has worked as a therapist in inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. She has over 14 years of experience in the school systems as a mental health counselor. Kathy uses a functional and integrative nutrition approach to nutrition and wellness looking at the whole picture. In this way she provides a supportive, systemic approach to health and well-being.

Areas of focus include depression, anxiety, codependency, trauma, grief, supporting special needs children and their family, social skills, ADD/ADHD, highly sensitive individuals, life goals or transitions, and health and wellness goals.
